Protesters held a rally at the Humboldt County Courthouse today, to express opposition to planned Navy warfare testing, and express their concerns about the impact on whales and other marine life. Among those speaking at the event was Arcata City Councilman Shane Brinton. Concerned citizens were encouraged to contact members of Congress about their concerns.
